Our Special Visitors...

David and I hosted a Tastefully Simple party this past week. Boy, was the food yummy! We were blessed to have some new friends and some of our dearest and best friends at our home with us. Two of our special visitors were Gwenie and Gabe. Look at how precious they are...

Having Sota around little ones would normally make me a nervous wreck, but this little guy's laughter just filled our apartment, Little Gabe just thought that Sota was the funniest thing that He had ever seen. Sota was really gentle with him by the way, which is pretty surprising if you knew how energetic this pup can be.

I will be hosting a Tastefully Simple Party at David and I's apartment on Friday, January 26! The party starts at 6:30 and I am hoping that it will be a lot of fun. The food looks great, and the best part is it seriously only takes a few minutes and one or two ingredients to make almost anything that they sell. Sota's First Snow....

Ever since we got our little girl we have wondered what her first experience with snow would be like since she is a sled dog! Well, now we know, she loved it! It took her a minute to get acquainted with it, but it wasn't long until she was sliding and hopping right through it. She was biting the snow and even eating it off of peoples cars! She has been a little exhausted ever since her snow adventure this afternoon, so I guess she won't be pulling any sleds this year....Maybe she'll be in shape for it next year!

Happy New Year!

Sorry that we don't have any pictures from the incredible vacation that we took over the New Year holiday. But, we had a great time. We spent 4 days all alone in beautiful Carmel Indiana. That's right, we went nowhere, and it was great. We probably rented 10 movies and went to the theater almost every day. The rest of the time we piddled around the house, went shopping and tried a few new restaurants. Overall, the best vacation we've ever taken, in the USA that is... The entire time we were dreaming of Jamaica, sitting for endless days in the sun, in our favorite spot...THE POOL!

So...we hope your New Year's was just as enjoyable as ours.
